I have a significant experience working with different domains and countries. 
My extensive background includes 10 years+ of experience in recruitment, encompassing both employer-side responsibilities (candidate evaluation, interviewing, building HR brand) and candidate-side services (career counseling, creating career maps, preparing candidates for interviews). This comprehensive experience allows me to understand the needs of all parties involved in the hiring process.

Additionally, as an international expert in career guidance, I have completed programs such as mini MBA at Prague’s IPE Academy and received certification from ITMO University. These experiences have provided me with deep insights into labor market trends and professional orientation practices both domestically and internationally.

From 2014 to 2020, I served as Director of an International Program Agency helping companies world-wide get their interns, volunteers and contractors from Russia. We successfully facilitated participation for over 500 individuals in internships, work placements, volunteer projects, and educational opportunities worldwide. This leadership role has equipped me with valuable skills in team management and strategic planning.

Since 2020, I have been working as a freelance specialist for several international IT companies, providing staffing solutions and developing recruitment strategies. My expertise extends beyond talent acquisition to include the creation of effective systems for attracting top professionals.

How much time it usually takes to fill in the position?

It always depends on a situation, but in general 1-2 months in case the Company gives a fast feedback and there is a several-step interview process

How many profiles do I get for each vacancy?

It also depends on a situation. In general it's 1-3 profiles per week for a "Unicorn" position and 10-50 for a mass position.

What is the payment policy?

The service fee is 50% of a montly salary of a vacancy we are hiring. Which is to be paid in two parts, 50% with the contract signing and the rest once the candidate joined the Company.

Are there any guarantees if the candidate fails his probation period?

Yes, I do provide a 3-month guatantee period to replace the candidate if it didn't work well for some reason.

Do you assist in the recruiting process?

It's always up to each case and the cоmpany requirements. But my recruiting services may include:

• Analyzing the requests and needs of the clients;
